About

The Pastel Project is a trans-led volunteer
organisation that was set up to oppose the
continued attack against trans lives in the UK and to
promote trans and gender diverse lives and
acceptance in society. We are working with local
community groups, businesses and government to
further our goals and create what we have come to
call the country’s first “Sanctuary City” in

Nottingham.
